# ICM: POIDH @ ZAO

POIDH ("pics or it didn't happen") is an on-chain bounty platform on Base, founded by Kenny. The ZAO runs clip-up and creative bounties on it. (Style: lowercase "poidh".)

## What it is (for ZAO)
- The ZAO posts bounties on poidh.xyz: people do a task (clip a video, make an ad), post it publicly, and submit the link to claim the reward on Base.
- Format ZAO uses: We-Them-Media (WTM) audition style - a clear "the bar" + a scoring rubric, a single judge, an explicit deadline, an open pot anyone can top up. Run every bounty past Kenny first.
- Ops home: the zpoidh repo (github.com/bettercallzaal/zpoidh) - round pages, brand kits, judging records.
