# Sparkz - context for AI

## What Sparkz is (one line)

Sparkz lets a creator start with a spark, not a token: build community and momentum first (collectables, backing, a boost engine), and launch a token only later, if ever. No token required to get started. "Back the album, not buy a coin."

## The framing (this matters most)

- Lead with FEATURES, not the coin. Sell the creator something they actually want - collectables, a boost/leaderboard, fee-sharing, community backing - and the coin is an extra on top: opt-in, later, if ever.
- The problem word is "coin," not "creator." Wherever there is a coin there is FUD and speculation, so downplay the coin. It is plumbing, never the pitch.
- Non-technical by default. Some creators love the on-chain detail; most do not. Frame it for the non-technical artist.
- Legal-safe. It is a monetization mechanism for creators, never a "raise." Perks are what backers enjoy today, not promises.

## How it works

- Start tokenless (a "spark"): collectables + backing + a boost engine, no token.
- Optionally graduate to a token later - some immediately, some in a month, some never. Fully customizable and optimized by an AI advisor on the Clanker + Empire rails (fee split, vault, governance), deployed through a mutable 0xSplits contract so the split stays adjustable.
- Backed by ZAO: not a permissionless farm. ZAO stands behind who launches (quality over speculation) and takes an aligned locked stake, never a fee slice.

## The differentiator: multi-recipient fee splits (music-native)

Sparkz's big push is splitting fees across more than one person via 0xSplits:
- Collab songs: fees split between collaborating artists, so both are incentivized to share and promote.
- Group crowdfunding (for example f2dc, Farcaster-to-Devcon): split by the people who crowdfund toward a shared goal; they make proposals; token holders vote. "A light Nouns DAO, but with liquid tokens."
