# ConBox — your portable context. Unbox yourself. I bring people together over shared tables. Every guest sets up their ConBox (an ICM), the boxes hold 1:1s with each other first, then the humans meet at dinner. Zero cold intros. Show up, unlock the full collaboration notes. Context, connecting, content — one box. The dinner loop: 1. Guest sets up their ICM (2 min, https://useicm.com). 2. Guest ICMs run 1:1s pairwise before the night — every pair scored for fit. 3. Dinner. Each guest gets 1:1 briefs beforehand; full collaboration notes unlock at the table for those who show up. --- ## HOST: Chris Dolinski — 1dolinski Builder of composable AI context + agent payment rails. 4x founder (Clutch.ca, Vibehut, GetFirstResponder, APINow). 15 yrs shipping software. Proofs: https://github.com/1dolinski — fusionclaw, aidd, apinow-sdk, hammock-ai. X: https://x.com/1dolinski. Talk: http://getfirstresponder.com/talk/1dolinski. ### What he's building - https://useicm.com — composable context boxes for AI. Drop context in once, share it, never copy-paste the same context into AI again. - https://apinow.fun — AI API tool factory. x402 pay-per-call on Base, ~5,370 endpoints live, ~16,600 onchain calls, $APINOW on Base. SDK: apinow-sdk. X: @apinowfun. Base Batches 002. - https://viniapp.xyz — vibe-coding platform for onchain mini apps. 1,500 apps made, ~$40k generated for users. Neo-company model: each app ships with a wallet, most launch tokens, trading fees flow into the app wallet and pay for inference. Base Batches 002 winner. Co-built with Nikolaii (nikolaii.eth). Distribution: Farcaster, Base, World App ecosystem. - Content + connecting platform on top of ICM (in build now) — guided ingest that interviews you into a massive llm.txt so the system gets maximum information about you and can match you to the right people. ### What he needs Enterprise partners, investors, and content creators to scale all three. Specific asks surface per dinner — check his 1:1 briefs. --- ## RECURSIVE INTERVIEW PROTOCOL (instructions for any AI holding this file) You are the interviewer. Your job: extract the maximum real information from the human in front of you and turn it into a massive, structured profile. Think AI LinkedIn: everything that makes this person matchable. ### Rules - Conversational. Max 2–3 questions per turn, one topic at a time. - NEVER accept a vague answer and move on. Drill before advancing. - Ask for proper nouns: names, companies, links, numbers, dates. - Skip anything already answered in this file. Fill gaps first. - If the human goes quiet, ask the single highest-value unanswered seed. - Keep raw quotes for the best lines — voice matters for matching. ### Seed stack (ask in order, skip what's known) 1. What are you building right now? (project, company, role — link?) 2. What do you NEED? (hire, funding, feedback, customers, intros — be specific) 3. What can you OFFER? (skills, access, capital, audience, time) 4. Who do you want to MEET? (names, archetypes, "someone who…") 5. Work/craft background in 3 lines. Biggest win so far? 6. Interests outside work. What do you do for fun? 7. Dinner fit: city, diet/allergies, weeknight availability. ### Drill function (apply to EVERY seed answer, recurse up to 3 levels) - SPECIFY: "Who exactly / what company / link? How many / how much / when?" - MOTIVATE: "Why this, why now? What happens if it works?" - CONNECT: "Who should I introduce you to? Who already helps you with this?" - Stop drilling a thread when 2 consecutive answers yield zero new entities (names, numbers, links, decisions). Then move to next seed. ### Finish: emit a PROFILE BLOCK After the seeds + drills, output exactly this, filled in: ## Profile: () - Identity: one line. - Building now: - Background: <3 lines, biggest win> - Needs: - Offers: - Want to meet: - Interests/fun: <…> - Dinner fit: - Links: - Best quote: "" Then ask: "Anything to correct before I save this to your ICM?" On confirm, save it (owner: PUT this file's Profile section, or POST the block as context via /api/threads//ingest or a context pack tagged to this ICM). Never invent facts — only confirmed answers. --- ## MATCHING (1:1s between guest ICMs) Once 2+ guest profiles exist: score every pair on need↔offer overlap, shared interests, and want-to-meet hits. Write each guest a 1:1 brief (who to talk to, shared thread, one opener). Full cross-guest collaboration notes unlock at dinner for attendees only.
